I have used BSE for a number of years since they came to the area. They installed my ductless AC, Generator, as well as performed many repairs throughout the years. I recently used BSE for some work on my radiant heat and a boiler repair. They were top notch – honest, timely, and professional. Being new to a radiant heat system, Brian (who came out to do my estimate) and Steve and Andrew (who performed the work) were all more than willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future for any plumbing or heating needs that I have!
The tech Henry was fantastic, was meticulous with his work and extremely knowledgeable. He was also a very pleasant to deal with and explained everything. We first used BSE to have A/C installed several years ago. We are extremely happy with everything we have used them for. Quality company with quality and caring employees.
